Welcome, North Idaho! I’m Cory Lacivita, the founder of Pendorheim Construction, named “Home by Lake Pend Oreille” in honor of our stunning North Idaho roots. Proudly serving Kootenai, Bonner, and Boundary counties, my family-owned business is here to restore your trust in construction. Meet Cory & The Team
Cory Lacivita, pictured above on the right, brings a lifelong passion for building to every project. A devoted husband and father of four, he’s rooted in Careywood, where he’s spent years crafting homes across North Idaho. With experience as a framer, carpenter, lead sider, and siding superintendent for respected local companies, Cory founded Pendorheim Construction in 2023 to deliver quality you can trust. He works closely with a select group of skilled contractors, pictured above, chosen for their shared commitment to excellence and strong work ethic. Cory’s dedication to integrity ensures every home reflects the care he’d give his own.
